What changes for you

Priorities with evidence, not volume

What deserves your attention this week.

A weekly Product brief surfaces top problems, new issues, rising urgency, unique accounts affected, and representative evidence—without another daily dashboard.

Briefs

  • What deserves your attention this weekAug 10, 2026
  • What customers are struggling withAug 10, 2026
  • Checkout risk is now a renewal issueAug 10, 2026

Every theme opens back to the source.

Problem, urgency, workaround, constraints, tone, and account context stay attached, so refinement starts from what customers actually said.

Checkout reliability

Timeouts and failed payment confirmations are blocking multi-location rollouts at peak hours.

SSO configuration

Okta mapping breaks guest seat invites, and security needs a clear SSO status before renewal.

Bulk workflow issues

Bulk assign times out above ~200 rows, so teams export to Excel and lose a durable view of failures.

Decisions stay linked in Jira or Linear.

When you act, the ticket points back to the evidence. You are not rebuilding context from a one-line summary.

How the loop works

Intercom and HubSpot in. Slack, Jira, and Linear out.

Conversations and account context feed Evident. Your weekly Product view lands in Slack, and decisions in Jira or Linear stay linked to the evidence.

Questions

Questions product teams ask before joining

Honest about the pre-product stage. If yours is not here, write to us and you will get a real reply.

  • Will this replace how we plan the backlog today?

No. Evident is a thin evidence layer on top of the tools you already use. It preserves customer context and attaches it to planning—it does not replace Jira, Linear, or your roadmap process.

  • Do we need a huge support volume for this to help?

Clustering needs some volume to be useful. We are validating with B2B SaaS teams of roughly 20 to 100 people who have established Support/CS and at least one Product owner. Below that, there is usually not enough to group.

  • How is this different from tagging in Intercom?

A tag flattens a conversation into one label. Evident keeps the customer's exact words, tone, urgency, workaround, and account context attached—so whoever decides can read what was actually said.

  • How does this fit into our refinement or planning ritual?

Evident feeds your existing rhythm: a weekly Product brief surfaces what changed, and every theme opens back to customer evidence before you prioritize or write tickets in Jira or Linear.

One evidence layer

Same customer truth. Different weekly view.

Product, Support/CS, and founders share one evidence layer—each surface shows what that role needs.
